Ryan Dunleavy

Ryan Dunleavy is a professional artist, art director, freelance animator, video editor, and a tabletop RPG aficionado. A University of the Arts graduate with a BFA in Film, he worked in Seattle at the creative agency PBJS (now Publicis Experiences) for 12 years in the burgeoning events and experiential business before leaving his job to spend a year circumnavigating the globe. He is co-creator of the obligatory travel blog wearego2there.com. Somewhere in there, he edited and was visual effects supervisor for two short films as well. For the last 6 years and counting, he has been a freelance artist and adjunct professor at Champlain College.

After working on a massively successful Kickstarter video for the tabletop RPG Blades in the Dark, he is currently creating custom, hand illustrated maps for the game at www.patreon.com/ryandunleavy

Ryan believes in the power of creative problem solving and that artists play a key role in business and society. Teamwork and collaboration are the keys to successfully attaining goals and overcoming problems, large and small.
